The following describes shortly the collection and processing of your data by the organizers when you register for the ‘dialogue and discussion on the war in Ukraine and the current situation‘. No worries, Data Privacy Declarations are generally something good and not too long. The base for the collection of your data is our legitimate interest according to article 6, nr. 1 f) of the General Data Privacy Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). We need the data in order to record the number of participants in the program so as to plan it and for communication with you. We process and store your data until at least 6 months after the end of the event.
We use the Nextcloud of the Initiative Solidarische Welt Ilmenau e. V.
No information should be submitted by any user under 18 years of age.
