What is your degree/studying?
I studied political sciences, now I’m working in the field of project management and coordination, and I’m a youth trainer.
Where do you come from?
I grew up in the South of France and currently live in Berlin.
What is your position in IDC?
I’m a facilitator.
Why did you join IDC?
I joined the project shortly after it started. I’m friends with Sankalp (another team member and coordinator), who told me about the project when visiting in Berlin, and I was immediately interested!
Why is dialogue important for you?
I think dialogue is a great tool to hear and try to understand different points of views and opinions, without getting into an argument or feeling strongly frustrated.

Be sweet and considerate to people, try to picture their needs and to give empathy.
