What is your degree/studying?
I am a Ph.D. student at the research group of empirical media research and political communication.
 

 

Where do you come from?
Russia
 

What is your position in IDC?
I am responsible for communication and generally help with organizational tasks. I am looking forward to trying myself in the role of a facilitator.
Why did you join IDC?
I have joined the IDC team in 2020 after the 1st dialogue training Christiane Seehausen did in Ilmenau, but I have heard of the Dialogue since Dr. Bryn was in Ilmenau at ISWI 2019.
Why is dialogue important for you?
Dialogue is important, because it gives power to the both sides of it, it doesn’t require competition, no one supposes to win or expects to lose. Dialogue reminds you to listen and respect even if you do not agree.
